After 18 years of being a mother, I have finally come to terms with myself as an artist. It took that effort for me to realize my full potential. Without it, I would probably still be searching and struggling with my vision and purpose.
Something about motherhood and the responsibility of raising a child gave me the strength to delve inside and produce these works of fine art.
These paintings represent my unconscious thoughts made visible through my hand and the medium with very little restriction. The color is often part of the initial sketch but at times is absent and the ideas can only be envisioned in black and white.
My purpose is to bring into the world of fine art painting, images that have never before been visualized and to render them as honestly and accurately as possible through a stream of consciousness technique.
